It looks like VistaXP (Black), but the FrameCaption and CaptionButtons (Close, Min, Max, Restore, Help) are cleaner and clearer... That's my opinion.
I also like Start Button, FrameLeft and Right because they look like Glass. The Window Border size that I use is 4!!!
